The 1^st ENHANCE training workshop “Innovation Theory and Practice & Research Funding" has been hosted by VNU University of Social Sciences, Hanoi (USSH) in Hanoi, Vietnam on 3^rd and 4^th October 2016. This workshop has been co-organised by USSH and the University of Alicante (UA), coordinator of the ENHANCE project.
 
The objective of this 1st workshop was to increase the knowledge of the attendees on key topics for a better R&I management and implementation and understand the importance of cooperating with relevant stakeholders within the regional innovation system to improve their own and the regions innovation capacity and competitiveness.
 
The workshop has been attended by more than 40 people: representatives from the ENHANCE Higher Education Institution (HEI) partners from Vietnam, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Science and Technology from Vietnam.
