Twenty-five representatives of the eleven partner institutions attended the kick-off meeting and Study Visit of the ENHANCE project, held at the University of Alicante from 22nd to 26th February 2016.  Three European universities together with eight Vietnamese institutions gathered in order to have an in-depth look not only at the project but also at the University of Alicante Research & Innovation Unit. The first two days were devoted to the Kick-off meeting. The objectives were to understand the workflow and organization of the project, discuss the work packages, the expected outputs and responsibilities of each partner and develop and action plan for the next six months. During the Study Visit the University of Alicante showed project partners the management and services provided to the Higher Education Institutions community and to externals by the Research & Innovation Unit.
